12/27/2017 - In preparation for large scale system updates on January 2, 2018 the Automation Help Desk will be unavailable on December 28-29, 2017. The Help Desk will also be closed on January 1, 2018 in observance of New Year’s Day. In case of a system outage please call us at (208) 332-7316, or toll free at (844) 726-7493 and follow the instructions on the voice mail.  All non-system outage messages will be returned on January 2, 2018.

12/22/2017 - The WITS Production sites will be unavailable from 3:00 a.m. - 5:00 a.m. (MT) on Tuesday, December 26, 2017.  The sites will be updated to the 18.29.1 release. No one will be able to access WITS while the update is taking place. For more information, please email us at dbhwitshd@dhw.idaho.gov.

12/21/2017 - The ongoing issues with 1-800 Notify which was preventing users from accessing the system has been resolved. Regional offices can resume using I-800 Notify for appointment reminders.   

12/20/2017 - The Idaho Division of Behavioral Health is experiencing ongoing issues with 1-800 Notify which is preventing users from accessing the system. The Automation Help Desk is currently working with the vendor of 1-800-Notify and our IT Department to resolve the issue. Currently there is no estimate on when the issue will be resolved.  We will be posting updates as soon as they become available

12/05/2017 – The Help Desk is transitioning from GoToWebinar to WebEx for all training courses offered through the Help Desk. Currently, starting December 18, 2017, the registration links have been removed from the calendars for courses via GoToWebinar. Once WebEx is functioning, new links will be entered into the calendar for everyone to register for the monthly training courses. If you are already registered for a course after December 18, 2017, we ask that you register for the course again via WebEx once the links are posted. This notification will also come via email.
