NOTE: When submitting all support tickets, general WITS questions, and providing any documentation to the Automation Help Desk, please use the "Online Portal" button at the top of the screen. 9/5/19 - GAIN ABS access is restored.  If you continue to experience problems accessing GAIN ABS please notify the Automation Help Desk at 208-332-7316.

9/5/19 - The GAIN ABS site is currently experiencing issues and is unavailable.  No one will be able to conduct a GAIN Assessment or edit a GRRS (GAIN-I Summary) while the system is unavailable.  We will send an update as soon as GAIN ABS is restored.

8/14/19 - The Automation Help Desk is currently experiencing internet issues and as a result, support may be delayed.  Additional updates will be provided as more information becomes available.  Please call the Help Desk if you need immediate assistance at 208-332-7316 or 844-726-7493.

7/16/2019 - Effective Thursday, July 18, 2019 when creating an Intake in WITS for a client funded by the Idaho Supreme Court, select the Priority Population of “ISC”.

03/11/19 - The option to create a Treatment Plan in the WITS Pacific Production site has been restored.   For more information, please email us at dbhwitshd@dhw.idaho.gov.

3/5/19 - On Monday, March 11, 2019 the WITS Production sites will be updated with the 19.0.1 release which contains new functionality. 

  • Encounter Note Redesign: To simplify the Encounter note interface, all fields for the Encounter Note will display on one page instead of two. Click here to review the Encounter Note Tip-Sheet.
  • The Treatment Team section is now available from the blue navigation bar from the Activity List.  You no longer need to complete an Admission in order to add people to the Treatment Team.  This is beneficial because when you add a staff member to the treatment team they can then utilize the client dashboard to manage their case loads.

03/05/19 - The WITS Production sites will be unavailable from 4:00 a.m. - 6:00 a.m. (MT) on Monday, March 11, 2019 for a system update.  The sites will be updated to the 19.0.1 release and no one will be able to access WITS while the update is taking place.
